Courses include pedagogy, choreography, history, dance in world cultures, anatomy and kinesiology, and education courses as part of a well-balanced liberal arts education. A required capstone course integrates acquired skills and experiences into a culminating project that emphasizes the practical application of what each student has learned. In addition to on-campus experiences, there also are opportunities for internships in the community.
