• Candidates are required to fill the application form on website Application form is available online only. Entrance examination fee for each subject is INR 200 which is to be submitted in form of a Demand Draft drawn in favour of Finance and Accounts Officer, Shivaji University, Kolhapur.
• The application form along with the Demand Draft is to be submitted to the concerned department either by post/courier or by person.
• Candidates can also avail the copy of course directory by paying a sum of INR 100 to the University in form of cash or Demand Draft drawn in favour of Finance and Accounts Officer, Shivaji University, Kolhapur.

NOTE: If course directory is demanded through post then a sum of INR 30 extra is to be paid by the candidates.

• If candidates want to apply for more than one course, than they are required to fill different application forms.
• If there are less than 10 candidates allotted to an examination centre then that centre is subjected to cancellation and information regarding this will be made available on the University website.
• Applications are accepted after the last date of submission with a late fee of INR 100.
• There is also a provision to accepted application form with super late fee of INR 500.

For MBA

• Select “Apply Online” option and choose ‘Click here for New Registration’ and enter the required details. Candidates are required to save the registration number and password for further use.
• Payment for application form will be made by credit card/debit card/Net banking. After the successful submission of application fee a receipt will be generated and candidates are required to take the print out of same. Application form is INR 1000 for general category and INR 800 for reserved category candidates.
